Can you tell us how you downloaded this? Did you find it on a website, or did you use a package manager to install it?
How did you install it?Registered Linux user #388328 || Registered LFS user #15880

I went here:
frozen-bubble.org/downloads
and from there I clicked on a link that downloaded the package and installed it immediately.
"Mandriva 2006 ... Cooker* on i586 (19.6 MB): frozen-bubble-2.1.0-0.1.20060mdk.i586.rpm" - This was before the download link
It says it's a binary.

Ah, so you downloaded the *.rpm file, and it automatically installed it?
You can probably start it, by looking in the applications menu. It's probably in a sub-menu called "games".
Also, you could try starting it by typing "frozen-bubble", or something similar, at the command line.Registered Linux user #388328 || Registered LFS user #15880
