Can't install linux OS on raid 5 configuration
Has anyone had experience with installing a *nux OS on a multi-boot system with xp-pro (32bit), vista ultimate (64 bit), already preinstalled? I have my system configured as RAID 5 with three partitions. I have a Intel 82801 SATA raid controller and it seems that all current *nux systems don't have appropriate drivers for this controller. The only system I have found that even recognizes the RAID config is mandriva which reads the three drives as follows: drive a (three NTFS partitions), drive b (striped), drive c (parity)...All other systems I've tried don't even recognize the RAID config???
Any solutions??
