Welcome to the forums!
You can use the SuperGRUB LiveCD to restore the Windows bootloader, then delete any Linux partitions as needed.oz

If you just want to delete the Linux partitions, you can use the PartedMagic LiveCD to do that.
If GRUB (Linux bootloader) still resides on the MBR (master boot record), you'll have to replace it with the Windows bootloader in order to boot into Windows again because once you remove the Linux partitions, GRUB will no longer work to allow you to boot into Windows or Linux.
You can use the SuperGRUB LiveCD mentioned above to restore the Windows bootloader. Just pick the Windows options from the menu when you boot with it. Otherwise you can use the Windows Installation CD to restore the Windows bootloader.oz
