I'll keep experimenting with that link, to see if I can find anything that works.
If anyone else has an idea, feel free to chime in.

Well the link you posted is Flash, for sure. Here is a screen shot of the settings dialog.

I have the PLF and the other one already.
I Downloaded and installed the Adobe Flash playr.rpm and it still doesn't work.

    Code:
    Shockwave Flash

        File name: libflashplayer.so
        Shockwave Flash 10.0 r15

    MIME Type Description Suffixes Enabled
    application/x-shockwave-flash Shockwave Flash swf Yes
    application/futuresplash FutureSplash Player spl Yes

Well, it's possible that that link you provided, is DRM protected or something, because I can get just about anything to play, except that link. Does the link work with Windows? I don't have Windows so I have no idea.

Ok, I still can't get it to work but you might try this too. In Firefox click on Tools>Add ons>Plugins and disable everything except Mplayer and Flash, restart Firefox and then try again.

Nope. I tried that and the CNN video still wouldn't load. Then I went to Youtube, and all my plugins got reactivated.
