I have successfully install Mandrake 10 in VMware 4 in XP. I have also installed the VMware tools. However, the NICs are not working. I tried the bridged and NAT, but none works.

Here's the driver for both NICs.
Advanced Micro Devices [AMD]|79c970 [PCnet LANCE], [AMD]|PC/Net 32 net interfaces.
When I boot up the system, Mandrake failed to bring up both the NICs.

Please help.
