32-bit libs for 64 intelfortran
Hi!
I need a help in installation of intel (free) fortran on my laptop. I've mandriva 2009.1 x86_64 installed on it
The ifort installer said that it failed to find 32-bit libraries.
Because I'm kinda new in all this staff I need help.
1. How can I check that I really have or don't have the 32-bit libraries installed?
2. Most likely I don't have them. In this case how can I install it? I could not find anything looking like "lib32" in my mandriva program manager.
3. If my laptop has it. In this case the installer somehow does not see it. What can be done there?
Below is the exact text which I've got from the installer:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
32-bit libraries not found on this system.
This product release requires the presence of 32-bit compatibility libraries
when running on Intel(R) 64 architecture systems. One or more of these libraries
could not be found:
libstdc++
libstdc++5
glibc
libgcc
Without these libraries, the compiler will not function properly. Please refer
to Release Notes for more information.

It should be a common problem with known solution but I could not find an answer on internet.
Thank you in advance!
