    free antivirus for mandriva

    hi, i just started using mandriva linux. i want to take suggestions from you that which is the best freeware antivirus for this linux.

    You really don't need anti virus for Linux unless you are running some kind of Windows mail server. Check out this link.

    I've been running Linux for almost 10 years now and have never installed an anti-virus application on Linux.

    However, if you feel like you need AV protection, there are a few applications available.
