    It didn't have any activation key the last time I installed it (years ago) and I seriously doubt that it does now.

    What is the file size of the download? If it's for a DVD, it won't fit on a CD.

    Also, the ISO filename itself usually reveals whether it's a DVD or CD download.

    I believe Mandriva powerpack is the commerical version. and Mandriva Free and One both are free versions.

    I'm using Mandriva 2009 Spring (Though not sure whether its Mandriva Free or Mandriva one )

    For Mandriva, Spring refers to the .1 release.

    Mandriva is available in 3 versions:
    One is a LiveCD with some non-free drvers. (2 isos. 1 for Gnome & 1 KDE)
    Free is a full installer DVD (all free software only, no non-free drivers)
    Powerpack is commercial (costs some money but it includes alot of extra commercial software)
