    Remote desktop/access question.

I'm new to Madriva and Linux so this is a newbie question for sure. I haven't messed around with any remote access features yet but can I use this between computers that are running different versions of Linux? I run Mandriva on my more powerful machine and Ubuntu Remix on on a bunch of Acer netbooks that are used in my classroom.

There shouldn't be any problem with this. I would just make sure you use the same VNC server on each of the machines, but even this might not matter.
