[SOLVED] Sound problem in Mandriva 2010 KDE
iv recently installed Mandriva 2010 on my PC, and its great but I have a problem with audio - I dont get any.
I think I know what is causing the problem, but I just dont know the solution.
I think Mandriva is picking up the HD audio from my graphics card (HD 4870x2)
I dont know how to change it, I have Win 7 on another partition which is fine, but with mandriva i get no sound whatsoever.
In windows simply disabling the Graphics card sound in Playback devices done the trick.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Someone helped me on linuxquestions, all i had to do was
Configure Your Desktop -> Multimedia -> Select Audio Output -> Select "Internal Audio Analog Stereo". Click on Prefer to move it up above the HDMI Audio.
