trouble adding media to linux

I need unrar so when i wanted to add it, at first it was downloading and then it stopped and said ¨aria2 failed: exited with 2¨, what should i do now? how do i install it?

Can you give more info : how did you launch install (urpmi, gui ?) What source have you defined ? Did you update your source (urpmi.update -a) ?

aria2 is only the download tool used by your installer, so probably download failed.

Can you post the content of /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg

um.. i dont really know a lot about computers, where am i supposed to find that content?

Should be able to do it with: cat /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg

Run that from a terminal, may need to be root user?

Open konsole (Tools menu -> Terminal), then :

$ cat /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg

No need to be root for that.
