Installing 10.1 Community from a LAN file server - HowTO ?
hello everyone.
I have donwloaded into my fedora2 fileserver the 3 iso's of Mandrake 10.1 Community/
I would like to install it on a box connected to my local router, (poor's man setup i assume).
anyhow, should i just burn the first CD & pull the other 2 from the LAN, or can just boot up knoppix & start mandrake setup from a network share ?
On the targeted box there's a WinXP-SP2 if it matters anything.
The router is a dhcp too, so no problem here.
The main target is as less cd-burning as possible, also i do not have a 1.44 on the system.
Thank you for your help
