XMMS PROBLEM
hi guys,
im a newbie...........here it goes
im using mandrake 10......on intel D865GBF motherboard.........i generally start my XMMS from the command line. My XMMS functions properly for the first number that i start with..........and then the moment the first one finishes and the head goes to the secoend one or if i try to change the number in between (when its playing any number) my XMMS crashes
the command line goes like this................
ALSA lib pcm_hw.c:1055
snd_pcm_hw_open) open /dev/snd/pcmC0D0p failed: Device or resource busy
Segmentation fault

I'll assume you are trying to play mp3/oggvorbis files? Is your user in the group 'audio'? Do you have xmms set to use the ALSA output plugin?
