today, i have tried to update my mandrake several times. however, it always gives me the following error message :

updates problem (mandrake 10 official)
today, i have tried to update my mandrake several times. however, it always gives me the following error message :
then, i click on "yes" in order to continue installation but later i get an error message telling me that there are files that can't be installed.the following packages have bad signatures :
libxfree86-4.3-32.3.100mdk.i586.rpm: missing signature (couldn't open file)
do you want to continue installation?
what should i do now?

Go to easyurpmi.zarb.org and switch your update source by selecting a different one. You may have to delete the old update medium first.

if u have some specific files that u need to update , just download all of them in a specific folder ,
then go the command prompt as root and type:
#urpmi.removemedia -a (this will remove all ur previous medias)
#urpmi.addmedia --update "some_name" file:///some/directory/path
( the "file:///some/directory/path" is the adress of the foder where u downloaded the rpm files)
then type :
urpmi --auto-select --no-verify-rpm --auto (this will install the files without verifyng them)

ok, i am going to try it. i will be back with results.
edit : once again, the installation didn't go well. i hate when it happens. however, i think i know how to fix it but anyway thank you both! :P
