Have just installed 10.1 official,It locks up when I plug in my pen drives ,camera etc in usb,[all desktop icons not usable until reboot!! ],as with mandrake 9.2 and 10 ...

Mandrake 10.1 locking up when usb is used
Have just installed 10.1 official,It locks up when I plug in my pen drives ,camera etc in usb,[all desktop icons not usable until reboot!! ],as with mandrake 9.2 and 10 it should display icon on plug in[magic icon] but this does not work ,I have also noticed that it is working the cpu very hard,Is this typical of 10.1 or have i got a bad download?

I don't have that problem on either of the coputers that I run 10.1 on.

Does 10.1 official have the added hardware "magic icon" feature, Eg: When using usb,I have installed it on two machines p3 andp4 both with same results
