Kernel Panic error... Problems with network card?
I downloaded Mandrake 10.1 and got it to install without many problems, save the sound and network card drivers not being installed. Anyways, I have a Realtek RTL8110 onboard sound card. Since there were no drivers specific to my particular card, I tried the closest one: a RTL8169 driver. Anyways, when I did this, the OS froze. When I tried to reboot, I got the following error:
Kernel Panic: Fatal exception in Interrupt
In interrupt handler - not syncing
