AFAIK 10.1 offical is not available for free download;

soo that isy i downloaded it for my computer and installed it i have found CD 4 one place but it wastakeing for ever to download

- 12-14-2004 #8I will correct myself, it seems that disks 1, 2, and 3 are available for free download, while disks 4, 5, and 6 come when you purchess Mandrake or are a member of the MandrakeClub;

I looked on mandrakesofts page on LEGALATY and it states that the only downloadable mandrake 10.1 official are cd's 1, 2, and 3, thus making a download of the 4th cd iLlegle.
The reson for this being is that cd's 4, 5, and 6 contain non GPL licances;
Since i think one shoud do ones best to support the linux distros, since they have running costs too. And getting an ilegle copy of a product does not support the distro's or the open-source community
