    mandrake 10.1 x86 64 GUI programs

    Can anyone get BitTorent or FireFox or any of the GUI Torrent client to work in Mandrake 10.1 ?

    Every program starts to start up (the icon spins at the bottom of the screen) but then just diappears.

    I hear it is something to do with the wxPython and lib's stuff but I have tried everything and no luck.

    Several people have reported that it has happened to them after upgrading or downloading updates.

    If anyone has a fix for this that would be great....
