From 9.2 to 10.1
hi,
I'm a mandrake 9.2 user and want to know how can i upgrade to 10.1 official. i 'm using Linux ONLY and want to continue with that. Would the Current Hardwares be an issue with 10.1. What considerations i should have before this upgredations apart from data backup.
Thanks

I've heard both good and bad things about that leap. You're only skipping one release (10.0), but it's a pretty major release. Not only are you updating your entire system, but you're also making a major kernel upgrade as well. Some have had sucess, others have not. If you're data is backed up well, I'd say go for. If you have concerns about data loss, then I'd nix the idea.
Just my thoughts.
