with the new version beta 10.2 the ACPI is OK, fan is working but modem is not recognised.....any idea how install the M5457 AC-LINK modem?

Compaq nx9005 fan OK! but modem not working...
with the new version beta 10.2 the ACPI is OK, fan is working but modem is not recognised.....any idea how install the M5457 AC-LINK modem?
