Dial-up help advice please
I've just built a new PC (AMD 64 3200+, 512 Mb RAM, NF4 mobo are the main bits)
We live out in the styx (East Texas) and after adding a serial modem I'm struggling to connect to the web.
Our ISP is WMConnect (AOL lite I suppose). I can dial OK but not connect. Would I be right in thinking that WM (AOL) won't allow Linux users to connect?
If so, could someone please recommend an ISP that will allow us blue-screen refugees to visit the internet?
Thankyou for any responses

i doubt they dont let linux users connect as I dont think there is much of a difference that they can tell when your dialing in. but I somehow wouldnt put it past them
