installing Mandrake 10.1
I just downloaded and copied the iso images for all 3 cds and I checked them with md5sum and they checked OK. Then I burned them OK. When I booted up with disk one and I said to install it started checking the then gave me a fatal initiation error. So I pulled it out and rebooted to Winxp. Wasn't I supposed to reboot with CD1? It looked like the cd were good iso copies. Any clues?
Thanks,
Dave

What error message did you get excactly?
And yes, you should/shall boot up your computer with CD1, which is the first in the installation. You can boot on any of those three CD's but, you will be asked to insert disc no 1
