Install all Mandrake 10.1 updates?
The Mandrake Control Center found 521 MB of updates, over 300 of which are security updates. This seems like a lot, is it advisable to install all of the updates and bug fixes? I don't directly use many of the programs listed, but selectively removing the unused stuff would probably be quite time-consuming. Any empirical wisdom about this matter would be appreciated.

I'll just stop by your place with my computer in, say, 15 minutes?

Ok, Dial Up, well you got no chance of downloading all of that, unless you want to endure, lets say 28-34 hours :P

deep breath
I'm going in. I'll start with the security updates. If the phone line in this place doesn't melt, the rest will follow. If something happens, half of my estate goes to CoffeeMonster, the other half to Dylunio for all his help.
