    XawTV should do

    Hello!

    I'm a newbie, so maybe you'll have already thought of this:
    There's a RPM that installs XawTV on your computer, it should allow you to have TV.

    That is, provided you have configured your TV card.

    If you have a problem with XawTV, try to type (in console mode):
    man XawTV.
