I think that WinMX has their own network and that they don't allow any other p2p program to connect to that network, but it's just a thought... I don't know really.

That's the best list of linux peer to peer available software I could find so far.
I don't know what is the network winMX uses, so maybe one of the softwares listed ahead might be compatible with winMX :o)

kurt476, as billybeag told you in the irc channel, you wont b able to get it working under linux.
Wine support is a bit shaky due to dll's, and the winmx network dont allow other clients other than their own to connect."I am not an alcoholic, alcoholics go to meetings"
