Mandriva 10.1 Installation Problem Checking For New Hardware
Currently using Microsoft XP Home O/S, did the gig installng the 4 CD's of Mandriva 10.1. Not a prob. When I started the reboot using "Linux" everything was cool. Suddenly the "Checking For New Hardware" got stuck. I attempted to reboot the machine numerous times but came up with the same result. Nothing doing. Have plenty of space on my hard disk. Checked the BIOS, changed the boot from the hard disc to the CD and back again.
Any clues as to this problem and how to correct or reconfigure?
Much appreciated,
Bob
