    Hello !

    I want to install the java in Mandrake 10.1 ..
    Because The appelets doesn't work ..
    How can I do it ? (step by step because I am newbie !)

    go to http://java.sun.com and download the jre ( or jdk, as per your requirement ) rpm from there. They also have detailed instructions on installation howto, you should find that helpful enough.

    Sorry for not being able to help you rite here, its a detailed procedure actually, but wont take much long.
