    What do mean by "cannot selected from the package" ?? I go the rpmdrake and install, then type "squid" and I get the package..
    Note that on MDK, to install and configure any server related stuff you should install a package name "drakwizard". By doing this you'll get a new menu in the MCC called "Server wizard". You can also install and configure squid from there.
