I don't think there's an rpm available, but have a look around i'd say... There will surely be ftp sites from which you can download the installation packages and upgrade, and I'm even more sure there are some guides around that will help you through it!

i dont think theres an official rpm of kde 3.4, there are several homebrew ones floatiing around, but many people report system instability when using these.
