    I need to access files on my other SimplyMEPIS partition from Mandriva LE2005. How do I access it from MAn.?

    Open a terminal, type
    Code:
    su  then root password
mkdir /mnt/mepis
mount /dev/hda3  /mnt/mepis
change the 3 to  whatever is appropriate 
cd /mnt/mepis
    Now you can acces your Mepis files
