Writing to an NTFS partition from Mandrake -- help?
Is it possible to write to my NTFS partition for windows FROM mandrake? I have a basic knowledge of bash.

Writing to NTFS is very very risky from what I understand. If you want to transfer data, you could burn it onto a disc, use a usb key (like myself) or setup a FAT partition which can be read and written to easily by Linux.
