    cd-rom device

    I recently installed mandriva 2005 bu in mandriva, when i insert a cd-rom into the cd-rom device i can not see the inside of the cd should i change the settings of anything? Or what should i do?

    Where are you checking to view the contents of the CD? Does it give you an error message? Odds are that the CD is not mounted or your user doesn't have permissions.
