    error on bootup

    Just installed mandrake 10.1 the other night. I used mandrakelinux update to get all the updates my machine needed. Since the updates when I start up the computer and get to the desktop, I get an error box that says

    sorry-KDesktop
    Could not find mime type
    application/octet-stream

    I get 2 of these error windows. Any idea why this is and how to fix it?

    Beware the updates... especially with Mandrake.
