4 in 1 smart card reader in my laptop... + Sync with Dell Axim

hey guys, i have a question.

I installed mandrake 2005 on my toshiba laptop. however, I am trying to get my 4 in 1 card reader to work, but with no luck..

does anyone know how to make it to work?

besides, I am also having difficulty sync. with my Dell Axim. any idea for that?

Well on my laptop, there is a 4 in 1 card reader/writer and any distro that i've tried, the card reader just refuses to be detected or configured. However, external card readers can be detected and configured easily, but being cheap i cant be bothered going out and buying an external reader (I tested using a friends external reader).

and for the axim, try getting Kontact, it supports syncing with pda's and certain smart phones. However since i dont have a pda I don't know the exact details on how to get it working.
