USB Bluetooth dongle not detected

Pl help my mandrake 9.2 recognize the bluetooth dongle
Finding it difficult to copy data from cell phone to pc

1st check if your installed kernel allows bluetooth connections.

if it does:
try: http://www.bluez.org/

I am using mandrake 9.2 , have got ubuntu, fedora fc3, slakware, xandros also.

If anyone og them will make this work, i can switch to it.
