configuring geforce fx5500 and ON BOARD intel extreme grapics
helo ter. i am using an asrock mainboard model p4145GV. i have installed GeForce FX5500. the problem is i cant disable the onboard intel extreme graphics because my mainboard supports dual view. I cant boot to linux from my geforce fx but i can boot in wen using my onboard graphics. from my bios i have set the main graphics adapter to my FX but i cant boot in. wen i set to my onboard, i can boot in.
how to configure this? wats the solution?

is there no way in the bios you can totally disable the onboard graphics? That's the way i worked it out on other computers i have seen. Also the way i did it with my Sound card(s).
