I have been working on QT for like 2 weeks or so . trying to figure out the workings .

QT 4.0.1 on Mandrake 10.1

I have problems compiling this particular peice of code which have bothe QT headers as well as X11 headers.

The error is simple .. Its not recognizing certain variables .
qcoreevent.h -- the variable called None

I see that the sequence shld be Qt headers then X11 headers ..

But it still doesnt seem to work ..

I have run out of ideas if someone can show me some direction .

If anyone needs a detailed listing of error i will be happy to oblige
