can I have a tool to reconver my password..

You can probably do it just by booting of your Mandrake install CD and going into rescue mode. Once in there your partition will be mounted somewhere under /mnt and you can edit the /etc/shadow file, eg:
change
toCode:root:$1ghdjTGDjhJKFSFKJSFHJFDKSJF8/:13038:0:99999:7:::
And BTW no that isn't my real password hash I just pastedCode:root::13038:0:99999:7:::
