When installing the system sais that can't find KDE headers installed.

in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!* - This is the message it's giving. Can you tell me where are they installed ? I use Gnome and trying to install *K3B v0.12.4*

But I have KDE installed, I'm just not using it, I use Gnome Desktop Enviroment !

Yes through RPMdrake and you need to install the -devel packages for kde. Eg kdelibs-devel or something like that. Goto easyurpmi first (see my sig) and get the extra repos, as I'm not sure how many of the -devel packages are on the install CDs.
