    Linux Mandrake Discovery 10.1 ?

    I'm getting hold of the 3 CD download version. Can anyone tell me what it includes in the way of browser, email, word processing applications?

    Browser wise you'll be getting at least Konqueror, and maybe more like Firefox...if not FF is easy enough to install. Word proccessing wise It'll come with Open Office, wich can read and write MS office file extentions such as .doc. As for mail you'll have at least Kmail, and maybe a few others...depending on how much you install or is available for install via the online reposotries of programs.

    But, there are newer virsions out there, such as Mandriva2005LE, which will have more up to date version of programs.
