Picture quality problems and DVD
I'm putting together a dvd to play on my 32"tv. The movie is an .avi and/or .mpg file and I wanted to know what is the best way to improve picture quality. I've noticed that when viewing the finished product that the picture is a bit choppy and I can see the little squares or individual pixels. I'm using a windoze program called dvdlab with works with crossover office, but the only thing that does not work is the drag and drop function. Otherwise it works perfectly. Anyway, would it be a good idea to scale down the frame from for example 720x480 to something smaller? I've tried avidemux and a linux program called Konverter. Can someone help?
