    Mandriva Audio is Fuzzy



    Any audio coming out through Linux is fuzzy the louder it gets. At first I thought it was a blown speaker, but any speaker hooked up through the headphone jack also gets the fuz. The music sounds okay at a quieter volume.

    The same music, same speakers, through Windows can pound and it sounds 100% clear.

    Any advice?

    You could always just try fiddling with the audio settings... that's my first step for audio malfunctions... ...
