    updating and such

i'm having some troubles with mozilla firefox

if i go to my extentions it freezes if i try to edit them.....any ideas why?
that doesnt really bother me though

i do however want to get a new theme and to do so i have to update mozilla firefox!

i was trying to follow instructions on their site but it was too vague and i wasnt sure what to do...

i have the version i want downloaded onto my desktop "firefox-1.5.tar.gz"

if anyone has had to do the same and can help me out or can explain it in an easeir way for me that would be awesome, thanks!

Download the file and open the folder you downloaded it to (usually your desktop or home folder). Right click on the file and choose Actions->Unarchive (I'm assuming you're using KDE here). It will create a folder called firefox-1.5 or something similar so just open that folder and double click on the file named 'firefox' (no quotes).
