I am a beginner in Linux and i have gcc and g++ installed. However i dont have GCJ compiler. How do i install it ??

How do u install .tar.bz2 files - I want GCJ
I am a beginner in Linux and i have gcc and g++ installed. However i dont have GCJ compiler. How do i install it ??
Also, I have the .tar.bz2 file of some GCC-Java package. How do u install such files ? Is this package enough. (It is about 11.4 MB).
The filename is gcc-java-3.3.3-3.tar.bz2
