    unrar


    Been trying to install the unrar programme using URPMI but keep getting error bad signiture and it will not install is there a solution to this as I need to open rar files.

    I don't know how to install the unrar program, but i do know that the program "tar" that comes with every linux distro (it should) can unrar rar files fine

    I don't know much about Mandriva; but can you post the output or something? Did you set up your sources using EasyUrpmi? I'm assuming you are installing unrar from plf-nonfree?

    Thanks guys for the replies have read other posts re issues with unrar so will look for "tar" as suggested.
