Administrating users
hi all...
first of all i have 3 users on my computer
how can i do this :
1. an ordinary user (not root)!, but the user has an access like a root user
2. root user but he/she just only can restart and halt the linux operating system
How can i do these things, with manual way, not from xwindow
i need these solution thanks ......

You should be able to install and setup sudo to do what you want. Here's a sudo HowTo that might help:
