iwconfig file
I have been working mainly in Mac OS and I have not worked on my Linux laptop for almost a year. I have my wireless D-Link card working but I recently added a WEP password to my router and I configured (via GUI) the wlan0 settings now every time I boot it no longer goes to my wireless card but to eth0 which of course there is nothing to connect to so I (via GUI) change it to my wireless card and it does connect without issue. The question is what file do I edit (via nano) to make the connect on boot to be wlan0. I use to know it, please give me the file name and location (Mandrake 10.1) Thank you!

Answered my own question
acx100-0.2.0pre8_plus_fixes_57/scripts/start_net
The file "start_net" file needed the WEP password added, it was being called to load before the eth0 but couldn't because I had not added the WEP password.
