    Configuring Mandriva 2006 Workgroup

    Hi all,

    Just after some info on configuring mandriva 2006.The workgroup is configured as mdkgroup, And my windows machine is configured to LANC1.How to i change mandriva to use the LANC1 Workgroup name.

    Workgroup

    Open Configure Your Desktop (Under System \ Configuration in K Menu)
    Click Network
    Click Samba
    Click Administrator Mode
    Enter root Password When Asked
    Change Workgroup Name

    You Can Also Change All The Other Samba Settings From Here
