Mandrake Broadband Dialler

Hi People
I am using mandrake 9.0 and i have successfully connected to net but to authenticate my account i need Broadband Dialler, my ISP(Tata Indicom:VSNL) doesn't provide it. Is there any solution to get connected to internet.Thanks
