    Mandriva 2006 is dropping everything



    Hi there,

    I just installed Mandriva 2006.. I'm trying to make a SSH connection but the Mandriva is dropping all ssh request... and ICMP (ping) packages..

    - Mandriva can ping the gateway..
    - Mandriva can ping a Windows host
    - Windows host can ping gateway
    - Mandriva cannot ping another Mandriva host

    I already stopped shorewall service.. but.. no success..

    What am I doing wrong ?

    Seems like the problem is getting in to the Mandriva boxes. Have you tried pinging a mandriva box from a windows box?
